  • Partial COD Orders (₹99 advance mandatory)

Returns & Exchanges

YOSEI MAISON does not offer full refunds.

Exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The product arrived damaged

A proper unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed parcel is mandatory for all claims.

Without an unboxing video, no requests will be accepted.
