At YOSEI MAISON, every order is carefully processed, packed, and dispatched with attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship across India only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after confirmation.
During high order volumes, launches, restocks, festivals, or unforeseen situations, processing times may be delayed further.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–8 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier operations.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping Method
We ship orders through trusted courier partners including iCarry and associated logistics services.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared directly to your WhatsApp number linked with the order.
Payment Options
We currently offer:
- Partial COD (₹99 advance mandatory)
- Fully Prepaid Orders
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and phone number while placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable at delivery
the parcel may be returned back to us by the courier company.
Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If a customer refuses to accept the order or the parcel gets returned due to failed delivery attempts:
For Partial COD Orders
- The ₹99 advance payment is non-refundable
For Fully Prepaid Orders
- The paid amount will be refunded after deducting shipping and return shipping charges
If the customer wants the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges must be paid before re-dispatch.
Shipping Delays
YOSEI MAISON is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Natural events
- Government restrictions
- High shipment volumes or operational issues beyond our control
