Refund policy

At YOSEI MAISON, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping. Since we operate with limited and curated stock, we currently do not offer full refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

We only provide exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged

No exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Color expectations due to lighting/screen differences
  • Minor thread variations or packaging damage

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request an exchange, an unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

  • Be recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed parcel
  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition
  • Be continuous and unedited

Without a proper unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted or monitored under any circumstances.

Exchange Request Time

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Mandatory unboxing video

Requests sent after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Product Condition for Exchange

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the exchange may be rejected.

Important Note

YOSEI MAISON reserves the right to deny any exchange request if:

  • The claim appears invalid or suspicious
  • The unboxing video is missing/incomplete
  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery
